sex crimes are on the increase and one wonders what is happening. The recent case of a man kidnapping 3 women and keeping them confined for 10 years for sex makes horrifying reading. The worst part is that the women were kept in a house very close from where they were kidnapped. The women were rescued, but that is beside the point. The inefficiency of the Police and the harboring of such men in a society need greater study.
